After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can easily follow your package’s journey until it arrives at your doorstep.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At YCCESSORY, every piece of jewelry is sold with care, passion, and attention to detail. We hope your purchase brings you as much joy as it brought us in providing it to you. However, if for any reason you are not completely delighted, we gladly offer exchanges only (no refunds) and under these guidelines:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags included
Please note that, for hygiene reasons, earrings and custom or personalized designs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your return is received and inspected of no damages, we will give you an exchange of another accessories that amount to the same price.
